PlayBIG Hoops individual workouts are designed for each players (boys and girls) specific needs or goals with focus on shooting, ball handling, and position specific offensive and defensive skills for guards or bigs/post players. Each session is 60 minutes. Players should bring a basketball and water bottle to each workout.
